What we collect

• Your email address.
• The deal metadata you entered in the form (buyer name, seller name, purchase price, governing state, toggle selections).
• Your IP address, user agent, and referrer at submission time.
• UTM query parameters if present.

Processors

• Supabase — stores the submission row and the generated .docx in a private bucket (7-day retention).
• Resend — sends the delivery email (with attachment) and manages the newsletter audience.
• Upstash — rate-limiting counters (IP + email).
• Vercel — hosting.

Retention

The generated .docx is deleted from Supabase Storage after 7 days. The submission row (email + deal metadata) is retained indefinitely for funnel analytics unless you request deletion.

Deletion requests

Email jed@sunsetcoastpartners.com with the subject line "LOI delete me" and the email address you used. We'll remove your submissions within 7 days.

Notifications to Barlow & Williams

If you opt in to be contacted by Barlow & Williams, PLLC, we pass your submission details to them so they can reach out. Otherwise, Barlow & Williams receives only anonymized volume data.

Cookies

We use no analytics or tracking cookies. Only essential hosting cookies from Vercel.
